Rochester City Hall and various administrative offices will be closed on Monday, May 27, in observance of Memorial Day. This closure includes Neighborhood Service Centers, R-Centers, Rochester Animal Services, Rochester Public Library branches, and the Honorable Loretta C. Scott Center for Human Services administrative office building at 57 St. Paul St.

Refuse and recycling collection will not occur on Monday, May 27. As a result, pickups will be delayed by one day for the remainder of the week. The Rochester Public Library branches and Rochester Animal Services at 184 Verona St. will reopen on Tuesday, May 28.

The city's 311 Call Center will maintain its regular hours from 7 a.m. to 9 p.m., Monday through Friday.

"The Administration of Mayor Malik D. Evans strives to create a safe, equitable and prosperous Rochester by inspiring hope and delivering opportunity for everyone," stated a city spokesperson. The administration emphasizes its commitment to exceptional customer service, transparent stewardship, and collaborative leadership as outlined in the "Rochester 2034" comprehensive plan.
