Rochester City Hall, along with various other administrative offices, will be closed on Friday, April 18, in observance of Good Friday. The public will not have access to Neighborhood Service Centers, R-Centers, Rochester Animal Services, the Rochester Traffic Violations Agency, and the Honorable Loretta C. Scott Center for Human Services administrative office building at 57 St. Paul Street on that day.

In addition to the Good Friday closure, Rochester Animal Services will not be operational on Tuesday, April 15, due to a scheduled professional development day.

There will be no changes to refuse and recycling services; they will operate according to the regular schedule. Similarly, Rochester Public Library branches will maintain their usual operating hours.

The 311 Call Center will continue to serve the public during its normal hours, remaining open from 7 a.m. to 9 p.m.
