Town of Ogden issued the following announcement on Apr 3.
The Town Clerk/Tax Receiver has just been notified that the the County Executive in his Emergency Order that 2020 real property taxes paid on or before April 30, 2020 will be subject to a 3% interest charge not 4.5%.
This clarification will apply to installment payments, partial payments and final payments paid on or before April 30th. So to clarify anyone that is making their 4th installment by April 30th will be at 3% so your last payment will be the same as your 3rd installment.
