Boys ROC Athletics offers sports and skills for youth at Adams Street R-Center

The City of Rochester is offering a new program called Boys ROC Athletics for boys aged 8 to 15. This initiative, hosted at the Adams Street R-Center, includes activities such as basketball, soccer, volleyball, softball, and various group games.

Running every Friday from December 6 through January 31, the program aims to promote fitness, teamwork, empowerment, self-confidence, and goal setting. Sessions are scheduled from 5 to 6:30 p.m., providing a structured environment for participants to learn valuable life skills while staying active.
