Rochester City Hall, along with several administrative offices and services, will be closed on Monday, November 11, in observance of Veterans Day. The closures include Neighborhood Service Centers, Rochester Public Libraries, R-Centers, Rochester Animal Services, and the Honorable Loretta C. Scott Center for Human Services located at 57 St. Paul St.
Despite these closures, refuse and recycling collection services will proceed as usual. Additionally, the 311 Call Center will continue to operate during its standard hours from 7 a.m. to 9 p.m., Monday through Friday.
