Roadwork on St. Paul Street to cause delays

St. Paul Street, between Bausch Street/Upper Falls Boulevard and Riverbank Place, will undergo roadway milling and resurfacing from Thursday, Aug. 15 through Wednesday, Aug. 21, weather permitting.
