The Bands on the Bricks summer live music series, presented by the IDE Family of Dealerships, continues at 5:30 p.m., Friday, July 19 with Dirty Work, featuring members of Aqueous with guest Peter Griffith Group and Brian Griffith Band as the opener.
Now in its 26th year, this popular free music series features renowned local and national acts with a wide selection of local food and beverages, and general merchandise vendors at the City of Rochester Public Market, 280 N. Union St.
Bands on the Bricks will continue for three consecutive Fridays through Aug. 9. Doors open at 5:30 p.m. and the shows begin at 6 p.m. The remaining 2024 Bands on the Bricks lineup is:
- July 26 – Headliner: Giant Panda Guerilla Dub Squad (psychedelic, jam band); Opener: Judah (rock).
- Aug. 2 – Headliner: ZBTB (Zac Brown tribute band); Opener: The Monica Hall Band (country rock).
- Aug. 9 – Headliner: Donna the Buffalo (reggae, folk rock); Opener: Chris Beard (blues).
Attendees are encouraged to bring folding chairs as seating is limited at the Public Market. A special VIP section is hosted by Advantage Federal Credit Union.
