Greece Town recently issued the following announcement.

Bill Reilich Greece Town Supervisor was thrilled to host a ribbon cutting ceremony celebrating the official opening of the highly anticipated Tractor Supply Company! Thank you to Councilman Bill Murphy, Councilman Josh Jensen, Councilwoman Diana Christodaro, and Town of Greece Planning and Economic Development Director Scott Copey for joining. Supervisor Reilich would also like to recognize Tractor Supply Company District Manager Katie Porta, Store Manager Jodi Rae Baird, and Assistant Store Manager Jeana Elmer.

Tractor Supply, located at 3230 Latta Road in the Town of Greece, provides goods and services currently limited in this area of Greece, such as hardware, seasonal items, home gardens, and power equipment. To view a more expansive list of their goods and services, visit their website at tractorsupply.com.

When you drive by Tractor Supply Company in Greece, you will notice that the building layout and exterior design match the same brick and color of buildings in the surrounding Latta/Long Pond business corridor. We worked closely with Tractor Supply Company and DMK Development to tailor the building’s architecture and site design to meet the town’s expectations for a high-quality commercial development. We are pleased to note that their design fits well with surrounding buildings in this area of Greece, such as Canandaigua National Bank, Aldi, and Tompkins Bank of Castile. In the early planning stages, we made strong recommendations on the overall look of the Tractor Supply Company building so that the business district would continue in tradition with quality architectural material consistent with the character of the area.

Congratulations again to the owners and managers of Tractor Supply Company on their grand opening in Greece!
