Rush home prices fall in June 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in June 2017 in Rush fell by $145,750 while total sales increased by 100%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In June 2017, there were four homes sold, with a median sale price of $165,950 - a 46.8% decrease over the $311,700 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were two homes sold in Rush in June 2016.
