Spencerport home prices fall in June 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in June 2017 in Spencerport fell by $10,000 while total sales increased by 233.3%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In June 2017, there were 10 homes sold, with a median sale price of $140,000 - a 6.7% decrease over the $150,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were three homes sold in Spencerport in June 2016.
