Rush home prices rise in the first half of 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in the first half of 2017 in Rush rose by $42,900 while total sales increased by 266.7%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From January through June of 2017, there were 11 homes sold, with a median sale price of $175,000 - a 32.5% increase over the $132,100 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were three homes sold in Rush in the first half of 2016.
