Henrietta home prices rise in the first half of 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in the first half of 2017 in Henrietta rose by $3,540 while total sales increased by 445.2%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From January through June of 2017, there were 169 homes sold, with a median sale price of $141,540 - a 2.6% increase over the $138,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 31 homes sold in Henrietta in the first half of 2016.
