Rush home prices rise in the second quarter of 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in the second quarter of 2017 in Rush rose by $62,950 while total sales increased by 200%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From April through June of 2017, there were six homes sold, with a median sale price of $183,500 - a 52.2% increase over the $120,550 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were two homes sold in Rush in the second quarter of 2016.
