Ogden Center home prices rise in the second quarter of 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in the second quarter of 2017 in Ogden Center rose by $27,550 while total sales increased by 666.7%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From April through June of 2017, there were 46 homes sold, with a median sale price of $147,500 - a 23% increase over the $119,950 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were six homes sold in Ogden Center in the second quarter of 2016.
