Brockport home prices fall in the second quarter of 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in the second quarter of 2017 in Brockport fell by $33,450 while total sales increased by 1000%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From April through June of 2017, there were 22 homes sold, with a median sale price of $98,500 - a 25.4% decrease over the $131,950 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were two homes sold in Brockport in the second quarter of 2016.
