Greece (Monroe County) home prices rise in the second quarter of 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in the second quarter of 2017 in Greece in Monroe County rose by $16,100 while total sales increased by 560.4%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From April through June of 2017, there were 317 homes sold, with a median sale price of $122,500 - a 15.1% increase over the $106,400 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 48 homes sold in Greece in the second quarter of 2016.
