Rochester home prices rise in May 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in May 2017 in Rochester rose by $7,000 while total sales increased by 130.7%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In May 2017, there were 263 homes sold, with a median sale price of $58,000 - a 13.7% increase over the $51,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 114 homes sold in Rochester in May 2016.
