A water main break on Reynolds Street is causing disruptions in the area, affecting Dr. Charles T. Lunsford School No. 19 and nearby properties. As a result, classes at the school have been canceled for Thursday. Additionally, the Willie Walker Lightfoot R-Center located at 271 Flint St. will also remain closed for the day.

The incident has led to the closure of Reynolds Street between Flint Street and Seward Street in both directions to facilitate repairs. However, Flint Street will continue to be open for traffic in both directions.

Authorities expect that repairs will be completed by the end of the day.
