Mark your calendar for our annual Perinton Waste Recycle & Shredding Day on October 3! While we had to postpone this springtime event due to COVID-19, we are thrilled to host it this fall. Our Department of Public Works will offer electronics recycling, free shredding for residents, and partner with Monroe County to provide a household hazardous waste collection (by-appointment-only).
By offering these collections, we are bringing essential services close to home while encouraging residents to recycle items that are often difficult to dispose of properly. Book an appointment for the Household Hazardous Waste Collection online at www.monroecounty.gov/ecopark/ or by calling our Perinton Department of Public Works at (585) 223-5115.
