Bailey home prices rise in the first half of 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in the first half of 2017 in Bailey rose by $11,200 while total sales increased by 150%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From January through June of 2017, there were five homes sold, with a median sale price of $159,900 - a 7.5% increase over the $148,700 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were two homes sold in Bailey in the first half of 2016.
