Honeoye Falls home prices fall in the first half of 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in the first half of 2017 in Honeoye Falls fell by $24,050 while total sales increased by 350%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From January through June of 2017, there were 18 homes sold, with a median sale price of $139,950 - a 14.7% decrease over the $164,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were four homes sold in Honeoye Falls in the first half of 2016.
