Spencerport home prices fall in the second quarter of 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in the second quarter of 2017 in Spencerport fell by $6,000 while total sales increased by 433.3%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From April through June of 2017, there were 16 homes sold, with a median sale price of $140,000 - a 4.1% decrease over the $146,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were three homes sold in Spencerport in the second quarter of 2016.
