The final Community Garage Sale and Super Flea of 2024 will be held at the City of Rochester Public Market on Sunday, October 13. The event is scheduled from 7 a.m. to 1 p.m. at 280 N. Union St.

Visitors can expect a wide range of items for sale, including clothing, tools, home décor, sporting goods, vintage collectibles, and artwork. The market also features coffee shops, cafes, and food stands for refreshments. Nearby businesses in the Market District will be open during the event.

Vending spaces are available for individuals, families, or community groups interested in selling items. These events provide fundraising opportunities for non-profit or community organizations. The cost is $35 per day for a stall measuring 10 feet by 30 feet, which includes parking space. Vendors offering both new and used items are encouraged to join.

For more information or to download an application form, visit www.cityofrochester.gov/garagesales or visit the Market office at 280 N. Union St.

The garage sales and super fleas will take place regardless of weather conditions, with free admission offered to attendees. Most sale items will be located under cover in outdoor market sheds.

“Follow the Public Market online and on social,” advises the Rochester Public Market online team.
