The Electronic Benefit Transfer (EBT) card processing terminal at the City of Rochester Public Market Token Center is currently out of service. As a result, customers are unable to purchase SNAP Tokens or Fresh Connect Checks.

Despite the malfunction, customers who already possess SNAP Tokens and Fresh Connect Checks can still use them for purchases at the market. Additionally, vendors accepting EBT cards can still conduct transactions with these cards.

The Friends of the Public Market, responsible for managing the terminal, are actively working to address and resolve the issue.
