Rochester City Hall, Neighborhood Service Centers, R-Centers, and the Department of Recreation and Human Services administration office at 57 St. Paul St. will be closed on Monday, Feb. 13 in observance of Lincoln’s birthday.
Refuse and recycling will remain on schedule.

Rochester Animal Services will be open during normal hours from 10 a.m. – 2:30 p.m. for pet adoptions and pre-adoption meet-and-greet visitations, available by appointment; and, 10 a.m. – 3 p.m. for walk-up services for lost pet recovery and intake of lost and injured pets. The 311 Call Center will remain open from 7 a.m. to 9 p.m. during normal hours.
